HR Assistant - Full-time/Part-time
View all VacanciesThis is a great opportunity for an effective and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our HR Team, delivering an efficient and proactive HR service to all schools within the Trust.
You will have worked as an HR Assistant or similar, with demonstrable experience of working with HR processes and dealing with lower-level ER casework including absence management, and minor concerns.
We are looking for someone who is well organised, has excellent attention to detail and great initiative.
You will be able to develop your HR skill set working alongside the HR Manager and other members of the HR Team and should be pragmatic and have a solution focussed approach to working.
The role will be varied, and the successful candidate will need to be hard working, have excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
Previous experience in an education setting would be an advantage, although not essential.
Increased salary possible depending upon experience.
In the HR team, creativity and new perspectives are encouraged to continually improve the service it provides for the Trust.

Information about the trust
Valley Invicta Academies Trust is a Multi Academy Trust, based in Maidstone, Kent. The Trust is a family of primary and secondary schools which work in partnership to provide nothing less than outstanding education for all our young people. Presently the Trust is responsible for five primary schools and four secondary schools:
