Operations Co-Ordinator - Full-time

Valley Invicta Academies Trust (VIAT) has created a new role of Operations Co-ordinator. The purpose of the role is to support effective and efficient delivery of various important corporate services starting with Health and Safety but extending into other areas of the business.

VIAT is a dynamic, vibrant, multi-academy trust comprising nine schools – five primary and four secondary – all based in the Maidstone and Malling area of Kent. The Operations Co-ordinator will report into the Operations Director and will also work in close collaboration with Head Teachers and other senior Trust personnel.

This exciting new role will appeal to an enthusiastic, positive and personable individual with a high degree of self-motivation and drive. It is envisaged that this role will attract a person who can take on tasks that they haven’t seen before and independently find out how to deliver them.

This is a full time (37 hours per week), all year round contract on a permanent basis. 

The right candidate will be proactive, willing to learn, have excellent attention to detail and relate well to people – a team player, but able to work independently when necessary. If you think this describes you, then this could be the job for you.
