Nicola Taylor

Nicola joined VIAT as a trustee in April 2025. Having undertaken a number of senior leadership roles across a range of schools, Nicola has established a strong and effective portfolio of knowledge and skills. She specialises in leadership development, curriculum planning and implementation, teaching and learning quality assurance, and improvement systems and processes.

Nicola has enhanced her practical experience with a strong commitment to her own personal development, completing a Masters in Effective Education and achieving recognition for her leadership expertise and experience by being awarded the NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship).
 
In September 2021, she began working with LLSE and started the exciting journey into the new NPQ contract. She is now delivering highly effective and impactful leadership training to thousands of teachers and leaders and continues to develop new and innovative professional development opportunities for all staff working in education.
