Nicola Taylor

Nicola joined VIAT as a Trustee in April 2025. Having successfully completed a number of senior leadership roles across a range of different types of school, Nicola has established a strong and effective portfolio of knowledge and skills. She is a specialist in the fields of:

• Leadership development
• Curriculum planning and implementation
• Teaching and learning quality assurance
• Improvement systems and processes

Nicola has enhanced her practical experience with a strong commitment to her own personal development. Having completed a Masters in Effective Education and achieving recognition for her leadership expertise and experience, by being awarded NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship).
 
In September 2021 she began working with LLSE and the exciting journey into the new NPQ contract. Now delivering highly effective and impactful leadership training to 1000s of teachers and leaders, and continuing to develop new and innovative professional development opportunities for all staff working in education.
